Emergency First Response Secondary Care (first aid) covers injuries and illnesses that are not immediately life threatening. Participants focus on secondary assessment and first aid through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practise.

Knowledge Development covers:

  3. Final Exam (administered at end of course)

Skill Development covers:

  1. Injury Assessment
  2. Illness Assessment
  3. Bandaging
  4. Splinting for Dislocations and Fractures

Scenario Practise covers:
